And yet ---- we, as parents need to teach our children HOW to use the opportunities our current schools have for us. It is an important life skill. Changing and growing challenge and creativity from within a system is a rewarding, patient, real process that is done in small acts, personal acts, ah ha moments. There are many teachers in South Kitsap who r e a l l y teach --- their socks off and imparting creative thinking everyday. We love and cherish them, and we must have administrators who recognize their value.
